3. Delivery fees : Inside Cairo : 50 LE.
Outside Cairo : 70 LE .

4. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Beyond this timeframe, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.
