1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

2. Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Beyond this timeframe, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any exceptions to our policy will be clearly stated on the product page.
